Powering Nexto NVS2500
The Nextodi NVS2500pro Storage device is powered by a in-built Li-Poly battery. The battery is recharable by either in-vechile charger cable, a AC power adaptor or via a USB/ Firewire cable. An AA external battery pack can be used in emergency situations to also charge the NVS2500's internal battery.

NVS2500 Shock Protection Design
The device has been designed with enhanced dataprotection utilising a shock protection rubber jacket in instances of acidental drops or physical impact.

NVS2500 senses if it has been dropped and automatically parks the read/ write heads and powers off. - High Density Polyurethane Foam:
To protect the device from physical shocks the hard drive is covered with a High-density polyurethane foam. - Supplied Protective Rubber Jacket
